More families are moving into high-rise flats. Here we see shots of Ballyclare and Victoria Barracks (Artillery) flats in Belfast. A GP talks about the mental health issues for mothers restricted to living in these confined areas.   

The interviewer talks to a mother who is very worried about how safe the children are.
