This series follows the trials and tribulations of the staff that keep the hotel running to an impeccable standard. Everything from the inner workings of the kitchen to the manager's office are revealed. 

The hotel closed due to the 2008 recession. It relaunched in 2016 to great success. This series follows the staff of the hotel during the tourist season and offers glimpses into their professional and personal lives.
