Starting in 1991, Check it Out was an ahead-of-its-time, magazine show, which dealt with the topical social and cultural issues of the day.

Co-produced by Jamie Delargy and Jacqui Berkley - who also co-hosted with Eamonn Holmes - it soon drew in a quarter of a million viewers each week and became the UK's top rated regional programme (outside of the News).
