The Newington Day Centre Carers tell their story

The Newington Carers Project is a support group for carers of people with dementia, who attend the Newington Day Centre in North Belfast on a weekly basis.

It provides a range of care services and offers community events, tea dances and fun days when funding is available. The Centre has a Family Carers’ Support Service which arranges activities, therapies, health checks and social events.
