Other Voices

A collection of films by individuals collected for the Northern Ireland Now project

Throughout the Northern Ireland Now Project, it became clear that there was a need to represent the perspectives of individual filmmakers whose work didn’t fit within the existing collections. Rather than placing these unique films elsewhere, they were recognised as deserving a category of their own. The result is Other Voices - a collection showcasing films by creators and filmmakers from diverse backgrounds. It includes short narrative films, experimental pieces, music videos, and materials from protests and activism. We are proud to feature Other Voices as part of Northern Ireland Now.
