Description

A film by Samuel Bracegirdle.

A walk in Tollymore Forest Park, and at the seaside in Newcastle. There is a shot of the Slieve Donard hotel.

Notes

Samuel Bracegirdle was an amateur filmmaker from Belfast, his work dates from the 1950s to the 1970s. Many of his films show his home life and holidays with family and friends. He also took an interest in local history and Unionist heritage. 

Tollymore Forest Park opened in 1955, it's situated in Bryansford, near Newcastle in County Down. Bryansford House was on the site until it was demolished in 1952.
