Description

Ernest Strathdee meets Lord Mayor Jenkins of Belfast. The Lord Mayor talks about the principles of local government. He believes that local government is in closer touch with people than the Stormont Parliament.  It is an interesting discussion about the workings of a council and the running of a city like Belfast.
