We lose a lot of context in this report from Strabane due to the missing sound which begins with some general views of the town and shots of men waiting around the town centre. The few remaining notes attached to the film suggest that a rate payers’ association unsuccessfully tries to gain entry to the town hall in the presence of some watching RUC officers.
