Description

A short piece of film from Ulster Television showing "Big Bad" Jim Monaghan in training. Although, as a counterpoint to his "Big Bad" nickname, he was also sometimes nicknamed "The Gentle Giant". There is no surviving documentation for the film but the burly heavyweight from Derry is obviously prepping for an upcoming fight with his road running and gym work. Probably needs the music from Rocky for maximum effect.
