Description

UTV reporter Leslie Dawes interviews Máiréad McAtamney who had been voted Camogie Player of the Year. McAtamney played for her local team Portglenone and would eventually savour the joy of captaining Antrim to All-Ireland glory in 1979. At this point she was only the second woman from Ulster to have won this Player of the Year honour.
