Description

The beautiful grounds of Robert Wilson & Sons, fruit canners, on Newforge Lane in Belfast. These grounds were open to the public and this was the first established factory garden in the UK. Owner of the business, Clement Wilson, wanted to give the workers somewhere pleasant to have their lunch and take walks. 

The area is now known as Clement Wilson Park.
