Some mute film footage of the interior of the then-new Coolkeeragh power station in Londonderry. There is also footage of the docks area of Derry and of overhead power lines. The station was in the news at the time as it was taking on more of the power supply of the area with the move to its oil-based power production removing the need for constant coal imports to the docks for the old coal-based station.
