UTV footage of both the exterior and interiors of the famous old Co-op department store on Belfast’s York Street. The accompanying paperwork suggests this was a report on a power cut but, as the store seems fully lit with shoppers milling around as normal, we can only assume that the power cut had ceased to be a story by the time the cameras arrived.
