Description

A 1988 special looking at women in Northern Ireland who are pursuing legal cases on the grounds that they are not receiving equal pay for work of equal value to that performed by men. Features interviews with some of the women, many of whom work as cleaners in the Royal Victoria Hospital, and a panel discussion between trade union members, representatives of industry, and Beverley Jones of the Equal Opportunities Commission.
