Description

Note footage cuts off abruptly 

Frank Murphy speaks about the plans to develop the Townsend Industrial Park. He states that at "present... it's not a very pleasant site", however, through the rebuild the industrial park will gain an attractive front and have several units for small businesses.  

Notes

Counterpoint is Ulster Television's landmark current affair series, which was also broadcast to a national audience on Channel4. Series' editor, Derek Murray described Counterpoint as addressing a "wide range of social concerns which affect every family in Ulster".
