Description

A film by composer Havelock Nelson, showing a holiday in Hong Kong, Thailand, Japan and New Zealand in 1977.

The film begins by showing a harbour in Hong Kong. He visits the recently opened Ocean Park, an aquarium and animal park.

There is an cable car ride up to the aquarium, and he sees and display of dolphins and sealions.

He goes on to Thailand and tours some temples and the King's Palace.  He sees the villages where people live and the boats that they use for transport and work.

In Japan, he sees the Emperor's Palace in Tokyo, all the pensioners have to do a day's gardening for the emperor.

He visits Christchurch in New Zealand, and takes in the beautiful city and scenery.

Last, he visits Singapore, seeing one of the largest and busiest harbours in the world.
