Description

General Lyman Louis Lemnitzer was an American Cold War general who served as the NATO Supreme Allied Commander for Europe from 1963 to 1969. He is seen in this footage attending a grand banquet at Stormont in the company of the Northern Ireland Prime Minister, Terence O’Neill.
