Description

The exciting world of... eggs! At Belfast's Midland Hotel, this distinguished looking group of ladies gaze admiringly at tables laden with ideas for eggy treats - including Scotch eggs. We must assume that some equivalent of the Milk Marketing Board must have existed for the promotion of all things egg.
