Description

Fabulous Food Adventure is a celebration of the finest produce that Northern Ireland has to offer, with celebrity guests who embark across the chosen county to find the best ingredients and top chefs who cook up a storm in the kitchen! Watch to journey through beautiful locations and some of the "most stunning scenery to be found in the world".

This week former Miss World, Rosanna Davison and GAA champion, Oisin McConville, set off across County Armagh to discover flavoursome treats, with the Castle Lesley Estate serving as headquarters for tonight. Setting off in a vintage DeLorean car, and given the instructions to focus on "organic, local and seasonal" produce, they first head to meet Helen Troughton from Armagh Cider Company, to sample her product before departing to meet John and Veronica Connolly of Connolly Organic Eggs.

Next up, is Silver Hill Foods, where Stuart Steele gives us the low down of the family business and how they do everything themselves, from breeding, farming and preserving. Lastly, Rosanna and Oisin meet Jilly Dougan from Moyallon Foods and her Saddleback Pigs, Jilly advocates that we must be "responsible in the meat that you eat".

Back in the kitchen at Castle Lesley, Antony Worrall Thompson and Gerard Molloy use these local ingredients to make some mouth watering dishes!
