Description

Three Donegal fishermen are safe after being rescued from their trawler. The boat lost power and drifted out to sea 100 miles. An RAF plane from Ballykelly found the boat and the crew dropped a message onto another trawler to follow the plane to the location of the ship!

The three men, Denis McDaid Snr, Denis McDaid Jnr and William McLaughlin, all from Ballysalla were brought home safe.
