Description

Leslie Dawes visits Ballykinler where severe flooding is threatening the homes of the people there. He interviews Joe McGivern who explains the impact on his own land. The cause of the trouble is an old culvert that is giving way. The authorities are “passing the buck”. George Carson is heading the campaign for help. Two/three hundred acres are already under water.
