Nutts Corner airport
The airport at Nutts Corner in Co Antrim began to operate around 1920. It became RAF military airport during WW2 before becoming a civilian airport again after the way and up until 1963 when civilian flights moved to the new Aldergrove airport.
A section of the A26 Moira Road, running from Nutts Corner Roundabout for approximately 2 km, is constructed on one of the old runways and the old airport is now used for karting and as a market.
