Description

Bill Rutherford talks to Hugh Boyle at Warrenpoint Golf Club. Hugh was born just over the water in Omeath. He is taking part in the Irish Guinness Professional Championship with other top Irish golfers. Hugh was right to predict Christy O’Connor as the winner. 

Hugh Boyle was a successful professional golfer who won the World Cup with Christy O’Connor Snr in Mexico in 1967. He also played in the Ryder Cup team twice.
