Description

IFA President Harry Cavan and Northern Ireland manager Billy Bingham discuss the ramifications of qualification for the World Cup in Mexico. Northern Ireland required just a draw in the their final qualifying game against England at Wembley to book their place in the finals and the President will have had one eye on the financial benefits it would bring.
