UTV household name, Jenny Bristow, joins us again for a new series which is all about cooking for occasions.
This episode celebrates the simple act of making a cup of tea and how we can make it extra special by taking the time to sit down for an hour "with a good cuppa and something really delicious to eat". Bristow shows us her favourites for a good old fashioned afternoon tea, with wholemeal apricot scones, ginger bread, cinnamon toast, Irish apple cake, strawberry hearts, summer fruit tarts and a "wickedly sticky chocolate cake"!
