Description

This episode of Home Sweet Home comes from a modern mansion at the edge of Kilkeel. Lynda Bryans and Michael Nesbitt visit a local homeowner and architect who shows how to increase home value and gain space by losing a room. Lynda surveys one of the Britain’s most popular holiday and retirement destination, Costa Blanca in southern Spain, and looks into how to go about buying a property here.

In the second half of the programme, Lynda checks in with the Keith and Trevor Fleming twins to review their Ballymena restoration project. In this final visit, we take a one last look at the two hundred years old farmhouse revived. Mike visits a fireplace restoration place in Coalisland where Don Ryan tells about the advantages of restored fireplaces, variety of styles and materials used as well as what to expect pricewise.
