Description

This episode of Home Sweet Home come from the seat of Viscount & Viscountess Brookeborough and one of region’s most important and historic stately homes, Colebrooke Park in County Fermanagh. Apart from taking in the style and grandeur of the past in this fine house, Lynda Bryans and Mike Nesbitt also investigate issues around inheritance tax and look at a case study of a real building disaster.

In the second part of the programme, Lynda explores the changing face of student accommodation and visits both newly built halls of residence as well as older houses in the Queens University area. Lastly, Nesbitt visits a house transformed without knocking down any walls.
