Description

Presented from Strabane in County Tyrone, in this episode of Home Sweet Home Lynda Bryans and Michael Nesbitt visit a top holiday destination in Ireland, Donegal, and investigates how much truth there is about a claim that Carlingford area is the new Donegal. Lynda visits both in order to compare and contrast. Mike visits a newly purchased house in need of a fireplace reconstruction and meets a restoration expert who shows how to go about it.

In the second part of the episode, Lynda joins a Belfast Council pest control officer on one of his house calls in Belfast suburbs and learns about how to prevent unwanted house guest from getting in as well as how to cope and what to do next if they already moved in. Lastly, Rodney Wilgar shares some painting tips and tricks and advises on how to achieve the best results.
