Description

UTV reporter Jimmy Greene speaks to a Mr Marks about an alleged revolution in women's hair colouring. Apparently, this was the first time cosmetic colouring would be available and Marks explains that the colouring shades available for normal make up would be extended "over the hairline" for the first time!

As is normal for many such reports of the time, no one thinks to ask the women themselves if this is a useful development or not, despite many of them standing around in the background!
