Description

Behind the scenes of the rehearsal for

Playboy of the Western World at the Lyric Theatre, Belfast, the director chats to UTV about how the Irish National Ballet came to be in the city for the Belfast Festival and how the play has changed for the revival. Carol Bryans, who shares the principle role with another senior member of the company, Anna Donovan, discusses the difficulties with the role as it is not traditional ballet and involves natural mime movements.
