Description

This short clip from the UTV news shows various MPs arriving at Stormont followed by James Chichester-Clark of the Unionist government making a statement outside regarding the Seenozip Affair. The Seenozip scandal involved a firm from Newry involved in the manufacture of zips and two directors of the company were ultimately found guilty of defrauding the Northern Ireland government with a forged document. Unionist MP Patricia McLoughlin had been bound up in the scandal as she had previously been a director of the company and still owned shares in it since her resignation.
