Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

This episode is all about Indian food, taking the now readily available spices from India like tumeric, chilli powder and ginger and bringing them into our everyday cooking. First up is chicken, which "every country has their own way of cooking", and India is no different, this dish is going to marinate in a sauce packed with flavour, on a low simmer - serve with rice and enjoy!

Other favourites include, roasted pork with a crispy marmalade top, a curry and a fig meringue.
