Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

This episode is all about Greek food, with their creamy yoghurts, cheese, abundance of fruit and of course the aubergine! Now you don't have to wait until that summer holiday to enjoy "the glorious food from Greece". First up is the famous moussaka, but don't be fooled by its name, it's similar to a cottage pie but with no shortage of flavour, with plenty of herbs, garlic and wine being added.

The benefits of the aubergine is also celebrated, with a long shelf life and versatility - you don't even have to peel it! Other highlights include a fruit pudding and the delicate flavours of the Mullet fish.
