Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and the they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

This episode is all about the sizzling flavours of Spain, "the food of the sun". Today's programme features a Mediterranean pork fillet, filled with golden grain couscous, sherry, sultanas and apricots, to "bring sunshine into your life anytime of the year". The pork comes from Tony, Jenny's butcher who has cut it exactly to specification, the pork is then caramelised with sugar.

Another favourite from the Spanish cuisine, is the Spanish omelette, and Jenny is making "a great big one" with 6 eggs used - though she warns not to be tempted to over whisk them!

Last up, is a sumptuous seville orange pudding, with plenty of garnishes and flavour.
