Description

From Jenny Bristow's own home, explore recipes from many different cultures and "the best produce from around the world". These dishes have been chosen for their versatility and they are in tune with our modern day way of life.

To start of this season of Jenny's Country Cooking, this episode is all about the food of Australia - with barbecues, kiwis, mangos, lamb and wine immediately coming to mind. But, this is a country which has had its style and cuisine touched and influenced by nearly every country around the globe.

Starring dishes on the programme features, a lamb dish with an abundance of flavour and some homemade bread to mop up the succulent juices, for those with a sweet tooth, a peach and papaya fruit pudding is sure to satisfy all taste buds!
