Description

Stage by stage in the creation of a fruit loaf.

The bakers of J.B. Kennedy's toil to produce all manner of doughy delights, not least their famous fruit loaf!

Notes

From the traditional fruit loaf to seasonal specialities including Christmas and St. Patrick's Day cakes, come and witness the workings of Kennedy's production line. Wet and dry ingredients are prepared and blended before inspectors check that the precious fruit is evenly distributed and displayed to best advantage. Finally, the seasonal cakes are iced and decorative flourishes added. Delicious.
