Description

Maxine Mawhinney presents this series for school leavers.

Young adults share their experiences of finding a home of their own. Various examples are provided by three married couples - Therese and Liam, Lynn and Stephen, and Gerry and Teresa.

These examples range from living with their parents until they are able to buy their own house, living in state accommodation and, also, the difficulties of finding affordable housing - one couple begin their married life squatting.
