Lord Queensbury is interviewed about the importance of industrial design. He’s not too complementary about what the public will buy and “deplorable taste”. He is hopeful though that the new Art College may focus more on the “20th century”.
David Harrington Angus Douglas, 12th Marquess of Queensberry (born 19 December 1929) is an Anglo-Scottish aristocrat and pottery designer. He was Professor of Ceramics at the Royal College of Art from 1959 to 1983.
