UTV reporter Charlie
Witherspoon travels to Maghera to meet with Roy Crawford who runs an unusual
museum of old tools and implements. Some almost entirely defy comprehension of
what they may be. Fortunately, Roy is on hand to keep Charlie right.
Highlights
include a device for extracting potatoes from the throats of cows, a grappling
hook for pulling buckets from wells, a poultice shoe for horses and a jack for
cartwheels. However, some tools stump even Roy as to their use. One is either
for gathering flax, dipping sheep or lifting turf, while another is beyond all
guessing and an appeal is made to the viewers for any information! Do you know
what it is?
