Description

The RAF based in Ballykelly drop mail onto a weather ship. We believe this might be the weather ship, India, based out in the Atlantic. Great aerial film and unique shots of inside the plane.

A weather ship, or ocean station vessel, was a ship stationed in the ocean for surface and upper air meteorological observations for use in weather forecasting.
