Interviews with a government minister and a dairy farmer about a deal on Northern Ireland milk quotas.
The minister acknowledges that they are not totally happy with the outcome but "have salvaged what was a very difficult situation and the Secretary of State has achieved something for the dairy farmers". He also mentions the differences in situation between Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Dairy farmer concurs, stating that he believes that the Secretary of State has fought for them (dairy farmers) but "has come up against great opposition from the (UK) government".
