William McGookin reports on comments made by Minister William Craig on the national economic plan. William Craig was to increasingly challenge PM O’Neill, leading to his eventual dismissal from the government.  

William Craig was a controversial Unionist figure. He was a member of the Unionist party and at the time of this film was Minister of Health and Local Government, but upon being fired by Terence O'Neill, Craig formed Ulster Vanguard. He was opposed to reform within Northern Ireland.
