An impeccably dressed crowd gathers for a hunt in front of Montalto House near Ballinahinch, Tonaghmore townland. As the meet takes to the countryside amidst winter sunshine, the narrow byroads are made narrower still by cars that have been parked up by spectators. Some of the ladies are riding side-saddle in skirts, while others are riding astride. James Cunningham, a friend of the Campbells, can also be seen on horseback wearing a top hat.
The film was probably shot by John Dermot Campbell and it is part of the Campbell Family Collection.
