Description

Minister of Finance Ivan Neill tells Maurice Smyth about the order for a new computer for Stormont built by ICT in Castlereagh. This new computer will cost £300,000 and will replace the existing computer which has reached its full capacity. The plan is to use it to process civil service pay and use it in several departments. The specialised new building will cost £200,000 so this is a sizeable investment.
