Description

New parking restrictions and traffic wardens have been introduced in Belfast. Rather than blocking the streets, drivers must now park at meters or in off-street car parks. These means the residential streets of the city centre are packed with cars.

Robin Walsh talks to Dr Bew about the changes which he sees as positive. People seem to welcome the changes on the whole although one delivery driver is not so happy.

This film includes some wonderful footage of the streets of Belfast in 1966.
