Description

Part of ITV's travelogue series, About Britain, this episode of No Poor Parish delves into the history of Dundrum and its surrounding areas.

Stunning views of Murlough Nature Reserve, the first of its kind in Ireland, explore Anglo-Norman ruins, and hear all about the pervasive influence of the Downshires, Dundrum's first family. There's sailing, trains, and ancient dunes; local history from local people; and some pretty vigorous swimming!
