Description

This 80's music show is sure to entertain with local big names and even bigger hair!

On stage tonight is country singer's Ray Lynan and Philomena Begley who perform their new single 'My Illusive Dreams'. Next up is Peter Beckett singing 'Over to Tokyo'. Following Beckett is Barnbrack, with group member Jimmy McPeake introducing their traditional Irish songs 'Whiskey in a Jar' and 'I'll Tell Me Ma'.

A couple minute interlude with comedian George Jones performing his signature prep school sketch has the audience in stitches, after which Rose Marie sings 'Cry'.

Closing the show is Mr Eurovision, Johnny Logan with his song 'Saturday Night at the Movies'.

Notes

Johnny Logan won Eurovision for Ireland in both 1980 and 1987, becoming the only lead singer to have sung two winning entries. Logan also composed the winning song in 1992, once again breaking records.

Peter Beckett also made a Eurovision appearance, as the backing vocalist for Michael Bell in 1992.
