Description

A gathering of women interested in Peace in Northern Ireland.

Organiser of today's meeting, Joyce McCartan, chats about the issues local women want addressed by politicians, such as poverty and unemployment. They are "fed up" with politicians bickering and want a different social outlook, with too many "widows and grieving mothers" in Northern Ireland. Afterwards, attendees of the meeting give feedback to UTV about what they felt about the topics discussed.
