Description

Keith Burnside and police appeal for the public’s help on locating a white car involved in the bomb attack at Xtra-Vision on Ormeau Road Belfast. Thieves were also working hard - this time in Belfast, Lurgan and Comber. Police are seeking help in recovering stolen baby ski suits and baby imitation fur coats in Comber, a collection of shoes taken from a shop in Lurgan and 30 bikes taken from a hijacked van in west Belfast. A fax machine and a photocopier were stolen from the Alliance Party headquarters and a computer from another office in Belfast the height of technological sophistication at the time.
