Description

Janet Munro was one of a number of actors who were in Belfast in 1962 for a charity screening and interviewed by UTV for the arts show Preview. She achieved worldwide fame in Disney films such as Darby O’Gill and the Little People and Swiss Family Robinson and she would be BAFTA-nominated for what was then her most recent film, Life for Ruth. At the time of this interview she was in the news following the announcement of her engagement to fellow actor, the ex-Avengers star Ian Hendry.
